Courses in graduate nutrition studies from Tufts University provide the backbone of my health and wellness knowledge. In addition to this, I have five years of experience researching diet, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to support my own recovery from Long Covid. Areas of focus include elimination diets (identifying triggers), glucose regulation, targeted supplementation, and circadian rhythm support.
